EBC's subsidiaries purchase over US$25 million in insurance annually from QBE Insurance. All of these insurance policies are designed to mitigate various risks, including those related to financial services. Losses and claims caused by negligence, errors, omissions, or force majeure by the insured during the service period will be compensated subject to the respective policy terms.
